Yes — creating an account and watching content on Boomirang is free. We believe great Australian stories should be accessible to everyone, not locked behind a paywall.

We stream Australian original content exclusively — narrative films, sports documentaries, reality pilots, drama series, and more. All content is created by Australians, for Australian (and global) audiences.

Boomirang works on any device with a modern browser — desktop, laptop, tablet, and mobile. For TV streaming, you can use a Chromecast, Apple TV browser, or smart TV browser. A dedicated TV app is on our roadmap.

Australian filmmakers can apply for a Creator account at boomirang.com/register. Once approved, you can upload your content directly through the Creator Studio. Our moderation team reviews all submissions to ensure quality and compliance with our Content Policy.

No. Boomirang is ad-free. We believe uninterrupted viewing is a better experience, and we are committed to keeping it that way.

Your Boomirang account is for your personal use. You can watch on your own devices, but account sharing with people outside your household is not permitted under our Terms of Use.
